Arrive in Ambon (Garuda, Nam, Sriwijaya, Wings airlines are Domestic flights). Embarking from Tulehu port in Ambon, staright to Check in on Amaya Explorer around 9 – 10 AM. Check dive after lunch in Saparua Island / Molana, journey will take 2 hours from Ambon. This small, hilly, uninhabited island o Saparua's south-western tip is known for its excellent dive-spots, and has the finest white sand beach anywhere in the Lease Islands.
Suanggi Island is located 20 km northwest of Banda Naira. The boat will only sail when the conditions are right. Currents can be strong yet hundreds of fish and large predators will be in sight, including the occasional Hammerheads & Thresher shark.
It’s a remote location and surrounded by the deep sea, the water around Banda is extremely clear and clean. Visibilities of 30 m are common and, on some day, you can experience 50 m +. The condition and health of the coral reefs are breathtaking. Banda is home of the largest Napoleon wrasse population in Indonesia, and you can see them on almost every dive including schooling hammerhead. Here is a list of possible dive sites: Run Island, Nailaka Island, Karang Hatta and Banda Jetty. Lastly visiting the historic site of Banda Neira Island. Museum and Belgica fort.
Another forgotten island in the middle of the Banda Sea. The reefs of this remote place are literally overloaded with schooling fish and another good place to spot large tunas, jack fish, and rays. We can call this island as Hammerhead sharks’ home. We will spend one full day in this area to get a chance to see the phenomenal schooling Hammerheads.
Manuk is located in south Banda, The Island is unique throughout the world due to its incredibly large population of sea snakes. Oftenly we will see the banded sea krait and the rarest of them all is the Chinese sea snake that has brown and green dual tone. We will spend 2 morning dives here.
2 dives in the afternoon on Hatta Island and Batu Kapal which has interesting dive sites, one of them is the chance to see big pelagic. Schooling Trevally, Barracuda, Tuna, White and Black-tip Sharks surrounds Hatta Island. Batu kapal has series of pinnacle, the area is covered with orange Gorgonians, and Barrel sponges used by Giant and Honeycomb Moray eels and loads of Red-tooth triggerfish around.
2 morning dives in beautiful Amed reef (Nusa Laut Island). Ameed reef oer some stunning hard coral seascapes with many varieties and has the finest white sand beach. After th edive, the ship will navigate towards Ambon.
At 9 AM Check out after breakfast, farewells, and transfer to Ambon Patimura airport. Many thanks and see you again in another destination.
